We had an issue with some tile that was laid 6 years ago and not only did they come to have a look, they quickly set up a time to come back to fix the issue. He was polite and courteous and sent over a really nice young man, Brendan, who carefully replaced some tile and some grout. Brendan also explained exactly what he was doing and was careful to protect the area and did a very thorough clean-up after the fact.
